Q: Do you ship cupcakes? A: Unfortunately, we do not currently ship cupcakes as we have not found a way to ship cupcakes that maintains quality and freshness. Q: Can I place an order via email? A: Unfortunately, no. It is not possible to place an order via email at this time. Q: How do I place an advance order? A: Because of the high volume of walk-in customers at our shop we are only able to sell each walk-in customer up to 18 cupcakes at a time. If you would like to purchase more than 18 cupcakes, we do require an advance order. We accept advance orders for one dozen or more cupcakes. Please call the shop to place your order (206-632-7020). If your call is not answered immediately, please leave a message and one of our order specialists will return your call as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we require 48 hours notice for most orders, weekends may be booked to capacity up to a week in advance. We may be able to accommodate orders on shorter notice, please do not hesitate to call us and ask. Q: Can I order custom cupcakes? A: Yes, we can design cupcakes to match any celebration. Custom orders may require up to two weeks advance notice.
