Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order for in-store pick up at any of our three locations, please call 206-632-7020 and select option "1" for our Orders Department. If we do not pick up, please be sure to leave a message so that we can promptly call you back to place your order. Our phones are usually very busy so getting our voice mail is common, however if you leave a message your call will be returned as soon as possible. Our Order Specialists are available by phone Monday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm to place advance orders. Our Orders Department is closed on Sundays.
Q: May I order any of the flavors you offer on any day of the week?
A: As much as we wish we could bake 40 flavors every day, we are committed to baking our cupcakes from scratch each morning which limits the number of flavors we offer each day. We do however, hand pick delicious flavors for each day of the week so that there will be something for everyone. Spend some time browsing our flavors page for detailed descriptions of each flavor and the day(s) they are available.
Q: May I order custom cupcakes?
A: Yes, Trophy Cupcakes specializes in custom cupcakes! Our order specialists and decorators can help create cupcakes to match any party or theme! We offer Buttercream tinting, sprinkles in every color of the rainbow, sugar toppers in just about every theme, hand piping and even photo quality printed images. Some Custom orders may require up to two weeks advance notice depending on the intricacy of the design. If you would like to discuss a custom order please call our order specialist at 206.632.7020.
Q: How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A: We highly recommend placing your order as soon as you know what you would like, especially if it is custom. We do appreciate at least 48 hours for most advance orders, although some weekends and holidays book to capacity up to three weeks in advance. We will always try to accommodate orders with less than 48 hours notice; please do not hesitate to call 206-632-7020 if you have a last minute request.
Q: May I stop in and purchase more than 2 dozen cupcakes?
A: To ensure we have the exact cupcakes you would like (all boxed and ready to go!) please call in advance when you would like more than two dozen cupcakes. Although we always try to accommodate walk in orders of more than two dozen we may not be able to fill such an order on the spot.
Q: May I place an order online or via email?
A: At this time we do not take online or e-mail orders, but would love to help you order the perfect cupcakes for your celebration by phone. To speak with one of our order specialists please call 206-632-7020 Monday through Saturday between the hours of 10am – 5pm.
Q: Do you ship cupcakes?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently ship cupcakes as we have not found a way to ship cupcakes that maintains the quality and freshness that Trophy Cupcakes are known for.
Q: Do you offer mini cupcakes?
A: Yes, we offer mini cupcakes by advance order with a minimum order of two dozen and one dozen per flavor.
Q: Do you offer Wedding Cupcakes?
A: Yes, we do. Please e-mail our wedding coordinator at weddings@trophycupcakes.com for more information and for details on upcoming tasting parties.
Q: How should I store cupcakes that are not eaten the same day I picked them up?
A: For the freshest most delicious Trophy Cupcakes please enjoy them the same day they are baked (the day you pick up or have them delivered). If you do have cupcakes you would like to save until the next day, store them in an airtight container or wrap the box in plastic wrap and store at room temperature. To maintain the freshness, flavor and beauty never store your remaining cupcakes in the refrigerator or leave them in a hot location.
