OMGahhh we created a paleo friendly cupcake that is totally delicious! Our Magicians of Mmmmm have been working on this one for months…and even though it’s grain free, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and has no refined sugar…it taste like a fabulous Trophy Cupcake! We start with a rich chocolate cupcake that's made with simple ingredients like; organic coconut flour, organic coconut sugar, maple syrup, eggs and Valrhona cocoa powder…then top it with a rich chocolate Swiss meringue “buttercream” made with Hu Paleo chocolate, egg whites, maple syrup and sustainably sourced organic palm fruit shortening. It’s topped with organic cocoa nibs and the the result is over the top deliciousness that we think will surprise you!
