Oh helloooo, Hi-Hats! Our Hi-Hat cupcakes are one of Trophy’s favorite traditions. We pull out all the stops to make ‘em glorious. Rich Valrhona chocolate cake is topped with a sky-high swirl of house-made pastel marshmallow meringue then dipped in Belgian bittersweet chocolate. They’re oooey, gooey Easter goodness!
