Chocolate Graham Cracker AKA S'more

Our S’mores-inspired cupcake was created especially for Martha Stewart when our founder, Jennifer Shea, appeared on her show in 2008. It starts rich Valrhona chocolate cake with a graham cracker crust baked in, it's topped with a sky-high swirl of toasted marshmallow meringue. Martha called them “utterly delicious!”
