Peachy Cream Crumble

In honor of National Peach Month Peachy-Cream-Crumble is back! This luscious cupcake is bursting with summer flavor! We start with a vanilla crumble cake generously filled with our house-made, Northwest peach jam. It’s topped with a light, summery mascarpone buttercream, more peach jam and a sprinkle of brown sugar crumble! It’s simply PEACHY!
